Dear Jun Yao:

Summary: Using UV curing glue to package fibers to grooves/substrate.

A typcial and professional solution for fiber attachment to grooves/substrates
is using UV curing glue (or resin). Steps: (1) align the fibers to their desired
positions; (2) apply some UV curing glue to the fibers by use of a air-
controlled dispensor; (3) Use UV light source to shine and cure the glue.
