Can anybody suggest some source of MOSFET substrates which are still
without the metal gate. Might sound bizarre but I would like to use the
substrates for applying (in house) a charge flow capacitor as a gate.
Any idea in the direction were I could get such a substrate or who could
help me further, would be great.
