Concerning URL's showing pictures of MEMS devices:

Marc Madou's book on Microfabrication just came out at CRC press. The exact
title escapes me, but the book appears to be a great compliation of all the
work in this field, and it represents an enormous amount of work.

An appendix at the end is a large collection of URL's of MEMS-related
sites. That seems to be exactly what you are looking for.
