I'm one of chairs of "Optical Micro- and Nanometrology in Manufacturing
Technology" conference at SPIE's International Symposium on Photonics Europe in
Strasbourg (France), April 26-30, 2004. We would very much like your
contribution to this event, as we want to make an exciting and informative
program for all those involved. Our conference will provide an ideal forum to
discuss and exchange ideas and built a bridge between both micro- and
nanotechnology and optical metrology communities. A copy of the call for papers
