Subject: [mems-talk] Looking for a used goniometer

Hello,

I am looking for a working manual goniometer, such as a Rame-Hart model
100, for HMDS wafer prime process characterization. If you have one you

would like to sell, please contact me. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Robert Dean
