Hi,
  I am looking for a silicon wafer supplier who is willing to provide 4-inch
tilted Si(110) wafers.  I tried Virginia Semiconductor.  Although they can
provide the wafers of my specifications, they require a minimum order of 100
at a price of $45 each.  I only need 25 wafers.  I would appreciate if
someone can provide information on alternative suppliers.
