Hello,

A few weeks ago I posted a message [1] to this list requesting data on
state-of-the-art MEMS switches. Thanks very much to everyone who
responded. I have compiled the data received so far into a table [2]
which I have posted on the web for everyone to see. I am still
collecting data, so if anyone happens to know of any switch designs that
would outperform those listed in the table (along one or more metrics)
please let me know.

Regards,
- Mike Frank (MIT Reversible Computing Project)
