Hi,
It depend on avalability of instrument and kind of metal, but I think thermal
evaporation can easily be used to deposit some metals.

Hi,

What would be an ideal process to deposit metal on the side walls of a
structure made of silica? The walls are about 25 microns high and are
about 8 microns apart.

Thanks in advance,
Kishore
