Hi Everybody,
I am looking for sputter/E-beam deposition systems that can do high volume
AR( Anti-reflection) coatings for our plastic lens components. We are
typically looking at a turnaround of 12000 - 15000 miniature lenses ( 1 -3
mm diameter)per day. I would greatly appreciate if anybody is aware of an
existing system that could potentially do this.
