My understanding is that K&S bought MicroAutomation in order to
eliminate them as a competitor, and they don't support the saws that MA
built. However Paxco (http://www.paxco.net/paxco2003-9-3_001.htm) does
provide parts and service. There is an excellent user's guide for a
MicroAutomation saw at University of Louisville Microfabrication Lab's
website.

Subject: [mems-talk] microautomation dicing saw

Hi all,

I'm looking for the homepage of "Microautomation", a dicing saw maker.
I can not find that. Did the company change its name?
