Hello

I am a graduate student at UC Davis.  I am looking for some
4" SOI wafers to purchase.  I have contacted various vendors
in the area, and I can not get what I need in the proper time frame.  Does
anyone have a highly n-doped 10 - 25 micron device layer SOI wafers
that they would like to sell?  Thank you.
