Double Layer Effects on the Effective Dielectric Constant

Hello,

I am interested in assessing the contribution of the effects of the
polarization of the electric double layer on the effective dielectric
constant of a dilute suspension of barium titanate spheres. I was advised,
by this newsgroup, on the way to determine the effective dielectric constant
of the dilute suspension (0.025 Vol %) of spheres (epsilon=300-10,000) in
castor oil (epsilon=4). For this I used formulas as given in Maxwell's
treatise and similarily in the book by Sihvola. Now I am concerned with the
effect of the electric double layer on the effective dielectric constant.
Does anyone have any experience/suggestions?

Thank you.
