Can anyone of you tell me whether n-doped or p-doped GaAs wet chemically etches
well with the etchant Citric acid:H2O (50g:50ml):H2O2 (10ml) or with the etchant
[Citric acid:H2O (1:1)]:H2O2 (1.5:1) ?
