This one, however, may be a bit more difficult.

100 mm, epi-grade, GaAs, thickness 520 +/- 25 um, doping or resistivity
levels are unimportant.  I only need a few, maybe 6-8.  I've got a couple
quotes for wafers close to this but I can only buy in a lot of 25 and the
lead time is 4-5 weeks.  I can bite the bullet and go that route, but I'm
really hoping to get a few within the next couple weeks.
