I would like to simulate my specimen by ANSYS.
My model is a coupling problem (Electrostatic and Mechanical Domains).
How should I simulate a cantilever beam which is loaded by the electrostatic
forces?
Which element is the most suitable for me to use?
Is the simulation result crediable?
