  Thank you for ur response. I did the same thing and for silicon nitride
cantilever.. i was applying load but the displacement is increasinga alot.
It is assumed that silicon nitide is brittle and it is lierly elastic till
it breaks.can u tell me typical values of displacement and load application
for silicon nitride cantilever..if possible.
