Hello Everybody

Iam looking for a process to microfabricate the following:

A inner cylinder made of Polysilicon and an outer cylinder made of a polymer.
Both these cylinder are on a silicon substrate, with a PVDF element between the
substate and rigid cylinder.

Can give me suggestions on how do i carry out the process.
