Hello all!
Iam an Electrical Engineering student doing my project
on MEMS(designing capacitive accelerometers) using
ANSYS.i have designed my model and tried to run it by
doing structural analysis ( i don't know if it is
correct or not) but i was not able to get the results
.could you please help me out regarding ansys and tell
me ,how should i proceed further as I am very confused
now.
