     Could you recommend us suppliers of e-beam mask blanks with EBR-9
resist? I know of Hoya and Schott Lithotec.
     We would need a small quantity (around 10 to 15). A short delivery time
would be good.

Alternatively, maybe someone could help us out with some EBR-9 mask blanks?
