Hello All,

I am fabricating Nickel structures (length > 3cm, width 100-200 microns,
height 150-200 microns) with electroplating. Does anybody have similiar
experience and could give some suggestion on the following questions?

1) Where to purchase Ni anodes for electroplating? Are the ingredient, shape
and size of the anode critical to the plating quality?

2) Are there any specific rules that should be followed to acquire evenly
distributed electric field? Because according to my experimental results,
the plating speed is always higher at small features.
