Dear Dingyan,
I read your message about the polaron calibration. Also we want to use the
polaron to measure the dopant concentration on GaAs and InP materials growth
on MOVPE. A dismissed foundry has given to us an old polaron (BIO-RAD PN
4200). Do you have the same polaron? If yes, do you know where we can buy
the spare parts?
We never use this polaron before and we have to reassemble the system and
set up it. We need to buy some spare parts and also we have to do the
calibration.
I propose you to collaborate with we, considering that the goals are the
same ones. We can exchange some information via email, if you want.
I think that in the next two weeks we try to do the calibration.
Thank you very much for your time and help.

Sorry for my bad english.

Regards.
