Hi,
I was wondering if some one could tell me the typical value of
refraction index of spin coated Titanium Dioxide.
In particular I would know its behaviour with respect to the film density: a low
film density does mean a lower refraction index?and if yes, this behaviour is
the same for all oxides based films and for organic film?
Please let me know if you have any information about this. Thanks!
