Vishal,

Typically, a MEMS tilt sensor is a low-g MEMS accelerometer with a low-pass
filter ~10-20Hz.  The company I work for, Crossbow Technology provides
various tilt modules that uses MEMS accelerometers.  Check out www.xbow.com
for more details....
