Hi All, I am  working on boss membrane where aim is to calculate the
piezoresistive co-eff of Si. I have a boss membrane of 4mm * 4mm. Very close
to boss are my four resistors on Silicon.  The length of the membrane is 6mm
and width is 4mm. I need formula for stress, strain so that I can calculate
piezoresistive co-eff by applying force on the boss and measuring the change
in resistance.
If anyone knows anything regarding this please send me the information.
