Thin films of polycarbonate

Dear mems-researchers;

I would like to spin coat thin films (about 100 nm thick) of polycarbonate
(Bayer MAKROLON CD2005) on a silicon substrate using cyclohexanone as
solvent.
As I have problems to dissolve the polycarbonate in cyclohexanone, I have
some questions to ask:

- Firstly, do you know what can I do to obtain a homogenous solution with
this solvent?
- Secondly, does a better solvent than cyclohexanone able to dissolve the
polycarbonate exist?
- Finally, do you know if a commercial solution exist such as polycarbonate
already dissolved in a solvent (which solvent?) for spin coated thin films?

Thanks a lot.

Yours sincerely,

Tatiana Pinedo
