the average residual stress polysilicon plate is 11MPa,and the stress gradient
along the depth in 8MPa/um, in order to estimate the stress induced deformation,
some FE analysis is needed, but how can i include the stress gradient and the
average stress in a FEA model(in ANSYS), which command should i use?
