PDMS to Plexiglas bonding?

Check out article by Duffy, D.C., McDonald, J.C. Whitesides, G.M., et al.,
Anal. Chem. 1998, v. 70, pp. 4974-4984. They didn't have success bonding
PDMS to PDMA or PC and neither did I. Unfortunately I didn't know about
this forum at the time :-(
