Hello to all,
        does anyone use the coventorware 2003 for MEMS simulation? If there
is ,does he or she knows what exactly "mises stress" "hydrostatic press"
"tresca stress" "principal stress1,2,3,4"  mean? The manuals don't refer
something for them with clarity....thank you in advance.
