Dear colleges,

Have anyone know about the ashing temperature of AZ1512 in O2 plasma ashing
process?

I measured the temperature by thermo-label.
However, I could not believe the indicated temp.
That data is so rough, and error range of thermo-label is so broad.
That temp. is 340~360C. Is it reasonable, do you think??
