Dear all,

I am looking for a service that could deposit and pattern
the following materials for one of our affiliates:

Metals: W, Mo, Pt, Ti
Dielectrics: Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2
and Poly-Si

on a small sample of 150mm substrates (substrates and masks will be
provided). Eventually, the best performing variation will be selected
for mass production. Europe preferred.
