Hello Piyush,

IIT Kharagpur has IntelliSuite MEMS design software, which can be used to
design and model an rf MEMS switch.  The ElectroMagnetic module of
IntelliSuite can be used to determine network parameters, current densities,
q factors, etc..  The Thermo-Electro-Mechanical module can be used to
determine mechanical and thermal properties of the rf switch.
