In a multilayered thin flims on thick substrate structure, I noticed that
people often talk about interfacial stresses like shear and peel stress.

Do anyone know what peel stress is and how to calculate peel stress ? Any
good reference ?

Can anyone suggest a good reference book on thin film thermal stress ? Some
introductory text on normal stress and interfacial stress will be very
useful to me.
