SU-8 Density?

Dear Joe

The Resolution Performance Products web site ,
under "EPON - Multi-functional, Novolac, Elastomeric, and
Cycloaliphatic Resins", has this PDF has information for the typical
properties of SU-8:
http://www.resins.com/resins/am/pdf/SC1580.pdf

It lists a typical density of 10.0 lbs/gal.

In sensible units this is 1.20 g/cm3 or 1200 kg/m3.

I have not confirmed this density with any of our SU-8 batches.

Regards,

Chris Blanford
