What AFM are you using? Is that a Digital Instruments AFM (currently
Veeco). Go to Veeco website, they have the list of various analysis that
can be performed with AFM. Too long to list here. What are you trying to
do?

Subject: [mems-talk] various types of analysis possible by AFM images

Dear All,

If some body is aware of kinetic studies by using Atomic force
microscopy (AFM) images. I have some samples with grown oxides with
their AFM images taken.

Can any suggest what all analysis could be done with AFM images. If
there are some refernce materials or any type of help available on this.

Thanks in advance,

Amol
