Hi,



I'm starting to etch some glass and artificial quartz (fused silica)
samples using RIE. Recommended gases seem to be CHF3 or CF4, both of
which are available here. Can anyone suggest a starting mixture,
pressure and power for a 1:1 etch with PMGI resist?
