Maximum current density for Au

I have been unable to find information on how to calculate the maximum
current density for gold conductors in the circuit.
We have 500nm thick gold evaporated onto glass substrate (Pyrex, with Cu
adhesion layer).

Does anyone have experimental data on maximum allowable current?

Thanks
Elina
