Hello there:

After my posting, I got several kind responses. Thank you all. All the
comments on the lower Q-factor after vacuum sealing mainly as following:
1.Outgassing during anodic bonding;
2.Resonant frequency changed by the lid.

We're still trying to figure it out. Any further comment is welcome.
