Subject: [mems-talk] layout editors for linux

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is any layout editing software (similar to
Tanner L-edit) that runs under linux (i'm running SuSE 9.1
professional). Capable at least of opening and editing GDSII files
containing MEMS designs.

many thanks!

anartz
