Once you created the Ni silicide in your ohmic contacts it is no longer a redo
wafer. If you want to see how deep the silicide diffused into your ohmics you
can try an aqua regia HF+Nitric solution to remove the Ni and some of the
silicon but be careful the reaction is somewhat violent. Bob Henderson
