Charles,
To electropolish SST, you are looking at a phosphoric acid based bath.

There are a few possibilities exist

1. Phosphoric acid -50 %
2. Glycerine - 50 %

Current density - 20 ASF, Temp = 200 F

or

Phosphoric acid - 50%
Sulfuric acid - 15%
current density =  50 ASF and Temp =100-175 F

You may have to tweak the current densities and temperatures around
based on the complexity of your part.
