Dear all,

I'm looking for a vendor in Germany, who supplies Silicon wafers with
forllowing criteria:

     - Diameter 100mm
     - Thickness 3mm and 6mm
     - Orientation: <100>

The vendor should be able to provide such technics like lapping, polishing
and dicing wafers, as well to meet other demands of customers.
