As a part of our project we need to spin coat a thin film of PMMA over quartz
block.
  Recently while searching on the internet i came across your reply to one
fellow on MEMS messaging regarding spin coating of PMMA.
  Is there  any empirical relationship between the film thickness (D), the spin
speed (w), the concentration of the polymer solution (C), and the molecular
weight of the polymer(M).
  Can anybody provide me with this relation and any references  suggested for
reading regarding spin coating of PMMA.
Your help will be heartly appreciated.
