PMMA to Polycarbonate bonding

Hi all MEMS-talkers,

I was wondering if some of you could help. I am trying to bond a sheet
of optical-grade PMMA in the range of 1-2mm to a thinner sheet of
Polycarbonate, of about 500 to 1000 microns.
As I have read in the literature, there are several ways to bond
thermoplastics together, such as microwave irradiation, exposure to
deep-UV, ultrasonic welding and more (as well as thermal or adhesive
bonding).
Both materials should be bonded to each other without any adhesive, glue
or copolymer as a intermediary, just bare PMMA to bare PC.
Does anyone have any experience on managing this type of bonding? Does
anyone know any paper or book related to this?

Thank you for all
