How to find the suitable gap between the contacts.

Dear All,
I need to measure the schottky barrier height. For
this I have to have a central schottky contact
circular pad and then some gap and then an ohmic
contact(so the final structure would be two metal
contacts of different metals separated by a ring gap).
I have to find the suitable gap between the contacts
such that the schottky contact resistance will
dominate compare to series resistance between the
contacts(schottky and Ohmic). I have to do some
simulation for this. How should I proceed. What are
the equations I have to consider for the same.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Hare Krishna
