Perhaps the best solution to this problem is to have a mailing list AND a new
group. The mailing list would be used for initial contact/questions while the
news group would allow for continued discussion and collaboration without
cluttering everyones mailboxes. We might then provide our own filter rather
than ISI doing it for us.
