non-conductive mini-bolts accurate diameter?

I am planing to mechanically clamp two silicon dices (1cmx1cm)
on top of each other with an alignment accuracy of -/+ 10 micron

In order to do that I need small non-conductive bolts with diameter
variation not more than -/+10micron. The bolts will pass through
the identical holes etched on the same location of both dices.

I appreciate your feedback about the places supply this kind of
mini-bolts

best regards
levent
