This is a good paper for the answers to your questions. Armani et al,
"Re-configurable Fluid Circuits by PDMS Elastomer Micromachining", google
will find it for you.

Subject: [mems-talk] Q: PDMS mechanical property

Does anybody know about the mechanical properties (such as Young's modulus,
Poisson Ratio, density, etc) of PDMS?
I am using Sylgard 184 (Dow chemical).
If possible, I want to know the properties of PDMS of each mixing ratio
(such as 5:1, 10:1, 20:1).
