Ming:

If you have access to ANSYS Release 9.0, there is a good piezoelectric example
in the "Coupled-Field Analysis Guide". That Guide is available in the Help
system.

I recommend using the new 22x direct coupled-field elements. They are very
robust for piezoelectric simulation.

Subject: [mems-talk] piezoelectric material using Ansys

I am studying dynamics of a piezoelectric material using Ansys soft
package, and lack the material about it. if anyone has the examples, please
send me some, Thank you for your help.
