CoventorWare piezoresistive analysis

Hi,
I would like to simulate the piezoresistive sensing of a cantilever
vibrating at the first mode resonance frequency.
My model of cantilever contains a piezoresistor in itself.
The software I use is CoventorWare which, thanks to the solver MemPZR,
can perform a static piezoresistive analysis.
But, actually, I have to simulate a dynamic problem, since I would like
to estimate the change in resistance due to the variation of modal
amplitude. What should I do, in order to obtain the dynamical sensitivity
with a static analysis?

Thanks in advance,

Alessandro Ricci
