Substrate Wetting

I have some parts made from an Aluminum Titanium Carbide substrate. The
parts have slots cut into them 6 mils wide 2 mils deep. We need to coat
the parts with a 2 micron film of AZ-4620 or AZ-4902. It appears to pull
back from the sharp edges of the slots in some cases. Has anyone any
thoughts on substrate wetting an pull back with these materials
